PSIG 27: Thursday September 2nd, 1999
Attendance: 4 From my PSIG meeting notice: "What's the difference between C and C++? You probably came up with OOP, Object-Oriented Programming. But C++ supports another method of programming, generic programming. C++ is the only mainstream language to support generic programming, and it's powerful. I'll discuss C++'s implementation of generic programming, the template. Furthermore, we'll go over the rich Standard Template Library, included with every modern C++ compiler." Doesn't that sound great? It is, until you have Perl hecklers giving you grief... Thursday, September 02, 1999
