PSIG 19: Thursday November 5th, 1998

Mike Menze was scheduled to talk about Java from a professional programmer's viewpoint. However, he had to cancel the morning of the meeting due to job obligations. He's scheduled for PSIG 20.

I was doing a presentation on Operating Systems at the next Technical SIG, so I attempted to finish it early and present it at PSIG 19. However, I wasn't able to finish it on time. I did get some good insights from John Clark, however. John actually works on computers which used punch cards.
