PSIG 10: Wednesday, April 16, 1997
Attendance: 12 I discussed AppleScript from a beginner's point of view. I showed off Script Editor and how to open an application's dictionary. We scripted the Finder to move files around, recorded a task or two, worked with Quill and took on FileMaker Pro. We did a mini mail merge in WordPerfect as well. The attendees cruelly took pleasure in my inability to type "tell" ("teel"). The office was smokey again. Even though I brought a fan, one member had to leave before the meeting started. We'll meet at my office next time if this issue isn't resolved. Wednesday, April 16, 1997
